Aishi Sengupta completed internships with ICC in 2010. She has 15+ years of work experience in Human Resources, Business Analysis, and Consulting in the IT / ITES industry and in academia. After geting an MBA in HR, she worked in multiple roles and different locations at MphasiS, which became an HP Company. Thereafter, she taught OB & HR at Goa Institute of Management (GIM), and worked closely on consulting assignments for GIM with the Government of Goa. She then founded and managed a company for 10+ years, facilitating business between India and China. Currently, she is in the process of starting a venture in the area of hospitality, and handicrafts from rural India while balancing professional and personal life with twins.

Anupam Das completed the ICC internships in 2018, and also attended TIC in 2019. He is currently employed in a senior-management position with an oil-major (a Maharatna PSU). Arunita Biswas completed the internships with ICC in 2011, and also attended TIC in 2015 as well as TICs Training Group in 2019. She was Consulting Psychologist with Sukrut for a few years, after acquiring a Post-graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. She also completed  Sukrut’s course Practitioner Certificate in Psychosocial Interventions for Consulting and Change (PCPICC), conducted in collaboration with Tavistock UK. Arunita has been consulting at Columbia Asia Hospital, Bangalore since 2014, and began independent practice from 2015 at her clinic Self-Work Therapies. She has rich experience in clinical work, and has been Staff in several GRCs in India. She co-authored two papers, the first, “The Confusion of Tongues between the East and the West – The Need for a New Language” presented at BELGIRATE IV in 2012 and, the second, “Sex, Power and Money in the Age of Uncertainty” presented at OPUS 2018.

Carol Gonsalves completed the ICC interships in 2019. She is currently employed in a management position with an oil-major (a Maharatna PSU). Dinesh Korday completed the ICC internships in 2019. He has been working in Software Development since 1996, after starting a career as a Trainer in the IT sector in 1994. He has worked in the field of Outdoor Development Programmes for the educational and industrial sectors, and is actively involved in The Himalayan Club for the past decade, where he is a member of the Managing Committee. Dinesh independently runs Modulus Software, an organisation he started in 2003. He interns with the Professional Development Programme of Our Identities, where he is also required to Co-Facilitator as part of the internship.

Gloria Tep completed the internships with ICC in 2017, and also attended TIC in 2017. She holds a Master’s in Psychosocial Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi in ????, and worked as a Fashion  Model in MTV where she was a Finalist in Season 1 of India’s Next Top Model show. She is an accredited Yoga teacher, having trained in Hatha & Vinyasa at Aayana Yoga Academy, Bangalore and teaches part-time at Parikrma Humanity Foundation.

 Imtiyaz Arshad completed the ICC interships in 2019, and attended Sukrut’s inaugural TIC in 2015. He is currently employed in a senior management position with an oil-major (a Maharatna PSU). Imtiyaz holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in Marketing, as well as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.  He has been Co-Staff at GRCs in his company, and at IIM Udaipur. Coaching and mentoring are his favourite way forward to develop leadership and teams.

 Shrividya Bharadwaj completed the interships with ICC in 20?? and has been Co-Facilitator at Sukrut events. She holds a Masters degree in Psychological Counseling from Christ University, Bangalore with specialization is Family Therapy and Adolescent Counseling. She is also trained in Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), and facilitates learning for children and young adults. She has presented a scientific paper on subjective well-being among dancers and non-dancers at the first international online conference on Psychology and Allied Sciences, and conducted a research on menopause in women and how body-image impacts self-esteem.Sathyasree uses interventions in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, and Skills Development. As a professional classical dancer, she brings movement therapy in individual therapy sessions.

Kumar Barua completed the interships with ICC in 2006 and has been Facilitator in several Sukrut events. Before moving to Germany, he worked with developing schools for children from deprived backgrounds, since 1993. The first school was in a region of Assam prone to severe ethnic violence. Later, in Bangalore, he worked with street and slum children and youth, and helped develop schools for these sections of society. In Germany, Kumar is a Coach, Story-teller, and Counsellor. He has also been active in the integration of refugees into German society.

Pallab Bandopadhyay, PhD completed the internships with ICC in 2018. A Doctoral Fellow in HRD from XLRI, he is a sought-after independent Consultant and Certified Coach in Leadership, Career Coaching, Organization Change & Transition following a corporate Human Resources career spanning 36+ years with companies such as Citrix, Dell, Perot, Cambridge Solutions, Sasken, Ashok Leyland and National Dairy Development Board. Pallab is on the Board of NHRDN, sits on the Advisory Board of two business start-ups as well as Christ University’s Institute of Management, and is a Member of the Governing Council at St. Joseph’s Institute of Management. He teaches OB & HR at XLRI Jamshedpur and IIM Indore, and is a Research Guide for doctoral students in management studies at Symbiosis University, Pune and Aligarh Muslim University under AIMA. He has published several papers in leading HR journals, and is the Managing Editor for the NHRDN Journal published by SAGE.  He was a two-time recipient of Super Achievers Award, and also received the HR Leadership Award for outstanding achievements in the field of HR. Rajashree Choudhury, C-IAYT completed the internships with ICC in 2014, and brings a special focus on the emotional aspects of Yoga, demonstrating it’s impact on the mind, body, and soul – from experiences of loss and PTSD, to IBS and back pain – in order to support spiritual growth and renewal.  She is a world-reknowned Yoga parctitioner and teacher of heated hatha yoga, having co-founded in 1994 Bikram Yoga’s Teacher Training Program.  In 1979, She won the first National Yoga Championship held by the Yoga Federation of India, followed by consecutive years as National Yoga Champion, and won the first Bishnu Charan Ghosh Cup (between men and women) held in Calcutta in 1982. She represented Mrs India in the Mrs World Pageant 1985, and was crowned most photogenic. To promote yoga asana as a sport, she founded the United States Yoga Federation and the International Yoga Sports Federation. IYSF is the international governing body for the sport of Yoga Asana worldwide and it’s mission is to promote, unify, and boost interest in Yoga Asana globally. Ruma Chatterjee, PhD completed the interships with ICC in 2017. She acquired the Doctoral degree in History from University of Calcutta in 1986, followed by a special BEd accreditation in Visual Impairment, in 2001. She was Professor of History for 33+ years in institutions under University of Calcutta as well as Jadavpur University. She was appointed ICSSR Teacher Fellow for four years, and has been Guest Faculty at Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy and National Institute for the Persons with Intellectual Impairment (Kolkata Centre). In December 2019, Ruma received the Award for Outstanding Contribution in Rehabilitation of the Persons with Disability, awarded by the Disability Commission, Department of Women & Child Development and Social welfare, Government of West Bengal. Currently, she is a Consultant, SSA & RMSA, Government of West Bengal, and runs Kolkata Society for Empowerment of the Differently Abled (KSEDA), an NGO. She has several publications for the blind and deaf-blind to her credit, the last in 2016 on Study Material on Deafblindness for B Ed Students, for Netaji Subhash Open University. Shital Dange completed the ICC interships in 2014, and has been Facilitator at Sukrut events. She is currently Associate Director with Yuva Mitra, an NGO located in Harsule, Sinnar Taluka, Nashik, Maharashtra and works in livelihood management, resource mobilization, institutional capacity building, and donor relations. Shital holds a Bachelor degree in Agriculture Science, as well as an MBA in Human Resource Development.

Several others have completed the internships with ICC and facilitate Sukrut events. Many teachers from Parikrma Humanity Foundation (PHF) also qualify as “Associates of Sukrut”, but their names are not included here because of the nature of affiliation between the two institutions.
