At OPUS International Conference 2015 in London, Sukrut presented a paper Study of Adolescence in India through a Psycho-social Lens so as to Design Interventions for Development of the Self in the Management of Authority, Role, and Boundaries.
In December 2016, Sukrut gave a talk Innovations in Business: A Leadership Development Case-study of two Public-Sector Oil-Majors in India, an IMI India and EGADE Mexico international Conference, in Bhubaneshwar.

In November 2019, Sukrut presented findings from a taught course at IIM Udaipur, at a pan-European business-school conference hosted by St Gallen, Switzerland.
An empirical paper based on the IIMU experience, titled Reflexive Leadership Coaching in a B-school in India, was published in July 21 in Education Journal, USA, Vol. X (4). doi: 10.11648/j.edu.20211004.15.

In June 2021, The Pandemic in India: A Therapeutic Reawakening was published in The Therapeutic Care Journal, The International Center for Therapeutic Care, London, UK.
On 18 March 2023, Sukrut was invited to speak at the first China-America Society for the Study of Groups and Organizations (CASSGO) 2023 中美团体与组织研究学会 Group Relations International Salon 2023年度 团体 关系国际沙龙 held online on 18 & 19 March 2023 年3月18–19日.
